Return Policy
If you need to return or exchange an item, please call (315) 697 2441 for a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA). Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that is in its original packaging is eligible for return. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Credit for returned items will be made less freight charges.

Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. Paypal payments will be refunded back through Paypal. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.

Special order items are not returnable.

If your shipment is damaged upon arrival, please call (315) 697 2441. We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. We will arrange for pickup of damaged items.
